Terms of Use for Avanti

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Avanti mobile application (the "Service") operated by PracticalBits LLC ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Our Service is offered on a freemium model. The app's basic features are free to use. Access to advanced features requires an active subscription.

• Plans: We offer monthly, yearly, and lifetime subscription options. Prices are clearly displayed within the app.
• Payment Processing: All payments, security, and renewals are processed directly by Apple through its App Store. We never see, receive, or store your payment information.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by you. To manage your subscription, you must go to your device's "Settings" > "Apple ID" > "Subscriptions" at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Refunds: As we do not process payments, we cannot process refunds directly. For any refund requests, you must contact Apple Support.

3. Ownership & Content

• Your Content: You retain 100% ownership of all the content (such as to-dos, habits, and notes) you create within the app. We have no access to, nor claim any ownership of, your personal content.
• Our Content: The Service itself (the code, design, brand, and app itself) is the exclusive property of PracticalBits LLC and its licensors.

4. License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited Uses (Use Responsibly)

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purposes or to attempt to crack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Service in a way that is not intended.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("Provided As Is")

The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind. We do our best to provide a high-quality app, but we do not warrant that the app will always be perfect, uninterrupted, or error-free. You use the app at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PracticalBits LLC, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
